In thinking about the technology marketplace for supporting communities of practice, the scheme that Wenger developed for the US Federal Government Council of CIOs is still used and updated.

Your blog is very entertaining but i don't think it reflects you very much. I think if you create a blog then it should reflect you and not other things, people, and events. So it should be more of a reflection of you, but it is the beginning of a great blog.
